A 62 year old female, who had suffered from sever pulmonary and cardiac failure with postinfarction VSD (NYHA class IV), underwent, successful concomittant patch closure of ventincular septal defect and coronary artery bypass for obstructed first
diagonal branch. The operation was performed electively 4 weeks occurrence of the postinfarction VSD. (Korean J Thoracic Cardiovas Surg 1994; 27:477-80)
